We love the blend between breakfast and lunch. So brunches are very welcome. Especially the Saturday brunch in the Hotel Management School Belvoirpark in Zurich is a must. The protein bread, which had been served there, is the best we ever had. It was so good, that we ordered for all family members a bread for the following weekend. Of course also the other dishes were delicious. Nevertheless, the protein bread stands out. I never had such a hearty bread before.
