Valentine's Dessert

Between raspberries and chocolate is a magically attract. The red berry fits very well with the black and white brownies. On the plate is a meeting with three heads in the cloud. That’s not all, they will be accompanied with additional fruits and berries, what a great play. Who can resist against these chocolate power? No one can, right?

To make the blonde dough, melt chocolate and butter, beat eggs and sugar until light. Add vanilla sugar, a dash of salt and flour. Fold in grated pistachio and lemon rind.

Prepare a baking (20 x 20 cm or 8 x 8 inch) sheet with parchment paper. Fill in the dough.

To make the dark dough, melt the chocolate and butter, beat eggs and sugar until light. Add 1 tbsp. of cinnamon, 6 tbsp. chocolate powder, a dash of salt and flour. Fold in grated walnuts and orange rind.

Prepare a baking (20 x 20 cm or 8 x 8 inch) sheet with parchment paper. Fill in the dough.

Preheat the oven at 180°C or 325°F. Bake the brownies for 20 minutes. Take them out. Cut the dough into squares. Cool them in the baking sheet.

Place the squares on the plates. Garnish with fruits and berries.
