Chocolate strawberries – real treats! Strawberries dipped in chocolate are delicious. They are a sweet seduction without a guilty conscience, because only the top covered with chocolate. They also do not sit on the hip. I especially like them with a dark coating. Nicely wrapped they are also a popular gift.

Chocolate Strawberries

Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Dip the top of the strawberries into the chocolate and leave to dry. 

To ensure that the coating is evenly distributed, the strawberries can be skewered with a toothpick.

  • 150 g black chocolate
