A play with colors on plates, why not? Yellow tomatoes and white strawberries give a new combination. The colors, green, white and yellow are best partners on plates. When it’s raining cats and dogs, then bright colors bring the sun on the plates, right? Salads are light and prepared within no time; a gift after hard working days.

Summer salad with yellow tomatoes and white strawberries

To make the salad, cut the salad into bite-sized pieces, the tomatoes into cubes and the strawberries into half. Place them on plates. Add avocado slices and edible flowers.

For the dressing, combine, olive oil, lemon juice, white balsamic vinegar, chopped herbs, mustard and lemon rind. Season the dressing with salt and black pepper. Sprinkle the salad with the dressing.

Serve the salad with tomato bread.
