Smoothies are everybody’s darling. There are so many different combinations available. Each drink will be an individual item. Smoothies with berries, fruits, vegetables or herbs, mixed with milk, yoghurt or soy milk, there will be a combination for each taste. Fruits, berries and vegetables are vitamin-packed and very healthy. Start the day with vitamins! Smoothies are favored for breakfast or as snack during the lunch break in the office.

Chef’s Handyman’s favorites: Avocado with peppermint, mango with sallow thorn and strawberries with rose blossom water

Shopping list for our favorites:
Asia Ingredients: 2 lb-4 lb of soy milk vegan friendly (for vegetarians, yoghurt or milk)
Green slider: 1-2 avocados, 3-5 peppermint leaves, 1 lemon (add lemon rind and 3 tbsp. lemon juice), 1-2 tbsp. agave syrup
Mango Sling: Sallow thorn syrup, 2 mango, 1 slice ginger.
Red darling: 12-20 strawberries, 1 tbsp. rose blossom water and 2-3 tbsp. of strawberry jam

Blend the fruits with 1-1.5 cups of soy milk, milk or yoghurt. Add 1-2 tbsp. of syrup to sweeten the drink. If the smoothie will be too thick add 0.5 cup of water and blend the mixture again.
