Homemade bread, for stock

Homemade bread, lets you combine the hours at home with pleasurable work, this also works well if you work in your home office. Shopping is getting more and more tedious, especially buying bread. Baking your own bread is not difficult. The flour and ingredients can be substituted by different flours. You can also stock up on flour, like hole grain, white bread or with other ingredients, just as you like it. You may also enrich the bread with nuts and dried fruits. Also a banana bread tastes great. Variety is required. Now that everyone is at home, this is a welcome change.

This is also the way to do it. Line a baking tray with baking parchment. Put the dough on it and dust with flour.

Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 40-45 minutes. If you like the bread a little darker, add 5 minutes. Wow, that smells wonderful. Take it out and let it cool down.
