Chef’s Handyman Banana Bread

Bananas give the bread the sweet taste. The banana bread is a great alternative for your sweet tooth. The riper the fruit the merrier is their sweetness. The bread is a great afternoon bite when served with an iced non-sweetened coffee. Have a try. The banana bread has become a favorite of the Chef’s Handyman team.

To make the dough, combine, 3 eggs, 1 tbsp. of brown sugar and 3 tbsp. of ginger bread spices. Add 2 blended bananas and 1.5 tbsp. of bicarbonate of soda. Then add 1.5 cups of flour. Add a handful of cashews and 5 chopped dried bananas.

Prepare an7-8’’ inch baking tin with parchment paper. Pour in the dough into the thin. Bake in oven at 190°C or 380°F for 30-40 minutes or baked through. When finished, take the bread out and cool on wire rack. When cooled, apply agave syrup on top.
